A ritual kept, not a routine rushed.
Arova began in a Bengaluru kitchen with a copper vessel and a family recipe. We work with a handful of growers across Kerala, the Ghats and the Deccan, press their botanicals within a day of harvest and infuse for eleven days. Nothing accelerated, nothing added.
